Seb focuses on helping his portfolio of subscribers get real value from Panacea Software by proactively supporting them throughout their subscription.

Seb manages subscriber onboarding, delivers training and workflow improvement sessions, and keeps a close eye on software usage to help encourage strong adoption. He regularly shares practical guidance and best practice with users, helping them make the most of the software. Seb also works with subscribers to identify where additional modules, and functionality could support their processes and deliver further benefits.

During his time at Panacea, Seb has helped restart the company’s user conference series, supported organisations in preparing for the Procurement Act 2023, and played a key role in strengthening long-term relationships with subscribers.
