Frontline & Technical Support Executive

Tommy has extensive experience providing front-line support to our users. He works closely with subscribers day to day, monitoring site activity to keep workflows running smoothly and helping configure the software to meet the subscribers requirements. He also supports the technical set-up and onboarding of new subscribers, helping them get started confidently with Panacea Software.

Tommy has a strong technical background, as well as a solid understanding of computer hardware. One of the things Tommy enjoys most about working at Panacea is the supportive and friendly culture, where people are encouraged to collaborate and keep learning from one another.
