Back-Up

Scope:

This document is intended to provide details of the backup and retrieval of Customer Data offered by Panacea.

Policy and Responsibilities:

1. Data Back-up
   Panacea shall back-up Customer Data in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Use (https://www.panacea-software.com/terms-of-use), and as follows:

   • RAID technology is used to enable real-time, on-site backup and retention of data.

   • All data including Customer Data is backed up daily, during an overnight process, onto a secondary, off-site secure data store.

   • The Customer may purchase enhanced back-up services separately at Panacea’s then current rates.

2. Data Recovery

   • In the event of any loss or damage to Customer Data, Panacea shall use all reasonable commercial endeavours to restore the lost or damaged Customer Data from the latest back-up of such Customer Data maintained by Panacea, under the provisions of the Terms of Use.
