Scope

This document is intended to provide details of the backup and retrieval of Customer Data offered by Panacea.

Policy

1. Data Back-up: Panacea shall back-up Customer Data in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Use, and as follows:

   • All data including Customer Data shall be backed up daily during an overnight process onto a secondary secure data store.

   • The Customer may purchase enhanced back-up services separately at Panacea’s then current rates.

2. Data Recovery:

   • In the event of any loss or damage to Customer Data, Panacea shall use all reasonable commercial endeavours to restore the lost or damaged Customer Data from the latest back-up of such Customer Data maintained by Panacea, under the provisions of the Terms of Use.
