Panacea’s e-Procurement solution manages all current and future contracts for The Greenshaw Learning Trust

The Greenshaw Learning Trust was established as a multi-academy trust in 2014. As a charitable organisation, funded by the Department for Education (DfE), its sole purpose is to maintain and develop academy schools. The Trust is growing, with more schools being added to their portfolio year-on-year.

We are delighted that The Greenshaw Learning Trust have implemented Panacea Software to create an eProcurement solution to manage all current and future contracts for the Trust and their Schools.

The Greenshaw Learning Trust’s software package incorporates everything the Trust needs to create a centralised contract register, support compliance, improve transparency and efficiency of its sourcing and purchasing, whilst ensuring best-value. The package includes Panacea’s Core modules for the Trust’s contract management workflow, so Greenshaw Learning Trust can capture, record and manage all contracts and procurement activity in one central location.

Panacea Software’s ability to interface with The Greenshaw Learning Trust’s finance system, means further streamlining for the Trust’s end-to-end workflow by incorporating spend analysis, reporting options, and a real-time overview of all activity across the Trust and their Schools.
