Evie leads the Customer Success team and works closely with subscribers to help them get the most value from Panacea Software.
Evie supports subscribers throughout their journey with the software, from onboarding and training through to ongoing guidance and proactive support. She also works with subscribers to identify opportunities to use the software more efficiently while helping to address questions or challenges as they arise. And known for her strong problem-solving skills and practical approach to finding effective workflows and solutions for users.
