Jake plays a key role in onboarding and implementing new subscribers, configuring sites to meet specific requirements and providing technical support to both internal teams and third-party users.

In his role, Jake leads the technical setup of new subscriber sites and works closely with teams to ensure implementations run smoothly. He also carries out site health checks and reviews software usage data to help improve adoption across the life of a subscription, supporting subscribers in getting the most from their Panacea Software.

Jake brings strong technical expertise to the role and his work has helped streamline onboarding processes and deliver successful implementations for a range of subscribers.
