Malachi is a Frontline Support Executive after beginning his time at Panacea as a Technical Support Apprentice. Many of our subscribers will recognise his name from helpdesk tickets, emails or phone calls, where he regularly supports users with their questions and technical issues.
In his role, Malachi is known for his clear communication and practical approach to problem-solving. He focuses on resolving queries efficiently and providing straightforward, reliable support. He enjoys working with people and tackling challenges head-on, ensuring users feel supported and confident when using Panacea Software.
