Rob works closely with subscribers to build strong, long-term relationships and ensure they are getting the most from Panacea Software.

He regularly meets with subscribers to understand their goals and works with them to align the platform to their needs. A key part of Rob’s role is supporting the onboarding of new subscribers, where he helps guide project management and training. He also acts as an escalation point for any questions or challenges that arise.

Known for his clear communication and ability to build rapport, Rob helps create positive onboarding experiences and long-term partnerships with subscribers.
