enFrame and Frameworks
enFrame provides schools, academy trusts and other institutions with a one stop shop for all ICT goods and services using innovative cloud-based technologies wherever possible. They also offer a wide range of strategic and specialist consultancy services to make the technical and complex accessible and easy to understand.
The organisation has over thirty years’ experience in assisting multi-academy trusts and the public sector with procurement, making the process more efficient and effective with significant cost savings. The frameworks are designed so that subscribers don’t have to run a full tendering process for each new supply contract, saving considerable time and money. It also allows clients to take advantage of low prices that are only available for a limited time, with suppliers pursuing business in the most sustainable way possible.
There are 57 suppliers across 9 categories known as lots, with a further 12 sub-lots, allowing subscribers to tailor procurement to their exact needs. Panacea is pleased to be qualified in Lot 6: ICT Framework. This lot is focused on the procurement of hardware and consists of three sub-lots. Panacea operates in two of the three sub-lots within the ICT Framework, Sub-Lot 2: Cloud Software and Sub-Lot 3: Administration Software.
Lot 6: ICT Framework
Designed for schools, but available to all public sector bodies, the FTS compliant, ICT framework enables schools, academy trusts, and other institutions to procure a wide range of ICT and technology services easily, quickly and at no additional cost to the customer, including: managed services - hardware - servers & storage - networking devices and services - software - audio visual - cloud software and migration services - managed print services - telephone devices and systems - broadband and WAN services.

Sub-Lot 2 Cloud Software
Cloud software products and services include but are not limited to: learning platforms or portals; assessment and attainment tools; resource management and access tools; security and safeguarding tools; communications tools; network, user management and monitoring tools. These software products may be delivered as on-premises solutions, hosted solutions, or as cloud-based services.
Sub-Lot 3 Administration Software
Administration software includes, but is not limited to: finance software, HR software, parent communications and payment systems, payroll software, data processing and attainment/assessment tools. These software products may be delivered as on-premises solutions, hosted solutions, or as cloud-based services.
Social Value Dimension
enframe has a strong focus on social value, fighting climate change and working to support schools reaching Net Zero by 2025. Overseen by the Regulator of Community Interest Companies, two-thirds of enFrame’s profits are dispersed for the good of the community. The organisation is committed to ensuring that these profits are used to fight climate change and support organisations and projects that enhance the lives of young people. Recent social value projects that the funds have been allocated to include: Just One Tree, working to remove CO2 from the atmosphere through global reforestation, enabling businesses, schools and individuals to plant trees and in a bid to combat climate change; Strength and Learning Through Horses, equine assisted therapy working with young people (6-25) with mental health, emotional and behavioural issues.
